“Working from home gives them the flexibility to spend more time with their children while continuing to contribute the family’s income,” said Lesley Spencer, founder and director of Home-Based Working Moms of Austin Texas.

I love this idea! Why can't moms have the best of both worlds? The only thing I can recommend to these ladies is to try to squeeze in some personal time in between family and business. Otherwise you will burn out way to quickly and NO ONE wants to deal with a cranky overworked mom. Trust me on this!
